Our Mission
The Mission of the Corporate Patient Care Services Department is to provide clinical and operational support to our Chief Nursing Officers and to support and advance “effective practices” at Tenet. This includes partnerships with other departments at Tenet including Clinical Quality, Nursing Informatics, Clinical Quality, Compliance and Patient Safety just to name a few. We believe that empowerment via shared decision-making and nurse autonomy is essential to reaching and sustaining nursing excellence.
