“Being involved in a team that drives change throughout our medical institution was a new area of development for most the staff so at first, although they had great interest in being involved, they were reluctant to speak up.  However, once they realized their input would make a difference, it wasn’t long before they began to open up, dig down into the issues, think outside the box and suggest improvements” (Cap, 2011).

Nurses make a difference everyday on the life of others and this video is another example on how nurses influence the health of our nation.
